Effective date: July 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how CULT Loyalty Co. ("CULT Loyalty," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit cultloyalty.com or interact with our services. This page is provided as standard boilerplate and should be reviewed by your attorney before you rely on it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Your name, dispensary (business) name, and work email address submitted through our audit / checklist request form.
- Any additional information you send us by email or provide during a discovery call.
We also automatically collect limited analytics data when you visit the site (such as pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device and browser type). We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not use third-party advertising cookies.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiries and requests;
- Deliver the 27-point loyalty audit checklist and related resources you requested;
- Send related B2B communications about our services (program design, rebuilds, monthly management);
- Improve, secure, and operate our website and services.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business (for example, email delivery and hosting providers) under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations, or when required by law.
4. Email and Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send you, or by emailing join@cultloyalty.com. We maintain a suppression list so that addresses that unsubscribe are not contacted again for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain the information you provide for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information, subject to certain exceptions:
- Right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and disclose it.
- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email join@cultloyalty.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will verify your request using information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and respond within the time periods required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
